T&C + Postage

We offer free local home delivery in Harden - Murrumburrah township only. Delivery is available Tuesday - Friday. 

Free delivery applies to all orders over $50. A $5 delivery charge will apply to orders under $50.

In store pick up is available Wednesday & Thursday between 12pm - 2:30pm and any other time by appointment.

All website sales on our website are final. In the event you change your mind on a purchase you will be issued with a store credit minus any delivery or postage charges.

Buyers are responsible for the return of any items and any postage charges that may occur.

Purchases of customer made designer nails are final. As these have been personally designed to suit each client they can not be exchanged for a store credit.

All purchases of sale and clearance items are final. These can not be returned for a store credit.

All orders are posted via Australia Post EXPRESS POST with tracking and insurance. Some items on our website state they are not available for postage. If your wanting to purchase such an item, you will need to place your order directly to us via email or Facebook messenger. We will then send you an invoice with postage costs determined on your delivery address and weight of package.


Postage prices at checkout DO NOT cover large or fragile items. If you go through checkout with these items in your cart your order will not be processed until full postage costs have been paid. Feel free to contact us for a postage quote prior to emailing your order.
